The Junior Recruiter is primarily responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for all openings at Lift Power. The Junior Recruiter will seek both passive and active candidates utilizing online job boards, advertising, and partnering with local recruiting resources.  Ensure Lift Power attracts top talent from the local candidate pool in order to gain a competitive advantage and fuel company growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
·       Manage all job postings and candidate applications.
·       Select and screen top candidates for all openings.
·       Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
·       Set up top candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
·       Work with hiring managers to make sure recruiting needs are being met.
·       Sponsor job postings if needed.
·       Meet or exceed established recruitment goals and metrics.
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in communications or HR.
Preferred experience working in recruitment or customer service.
