  • A completed HBO degree and/or at least HBO work and thinking level.
  • Fluent command of the German language in speech and writing. In addition, you speak good English or Dutch.
  • At least 3 years of experience within a sales support department in large to medium-sized international trading organizations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems and excellent skills in Excel.

Wat ga jij doen
As the linchpin between sales and the customer, you are the driving force behind smooth processes and maximum customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the complete order-to-cash process of your assigned (inter)national accounts. And that's not all!
  • You initiate, guide, and monitor the order-to-cash process and ensure compliance with the made service agreements.
  • You act as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts.
  • You pass on sales leads to the Sales department.
  • You identify trends and developments in the customer's product portfolio and know how to smartly capitalize on them.
  • You are involved in improving processes because it simply makes you happy.
  • You make delivery schedules and process them in the customer portal.
  • You process orders and monitor the process.
