Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £60K - £65K
The Role:
- Large commercial/resi project (shell and core)
- Overseeing the Electrical Labour working on site.
- Conducting toolbox talks with operatives.
- Driving the workforce to ensure deadlines are met.
-Ensuring work is being undertaken correctly & safely.
- Reporting to the Electrical Project Manager.
- Managing sub-contract labour.
The Company:
- 56+ years experience delivering MEP projects in Northern Ireland the UK.
- Offices based in Northern Ireland, London, Birmingham, Scotland & Republic of Ireland.
- Currently at around 250 Employees.
- This company is currently at around £65m turnover per annum.
- This hire is due to the company growth. Winning more and more work.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have 5+ years experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
- Will have good high end residential experience.
- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £5m (Electrical).
- Will hold a SSSTS.
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
