BIM Technician required to join a leading interior specialist dedicated to creating innovative and captivating interior spaces. BIM Technician Position Remuneration
Starting salary £36,000 - £42,000 (dependant on experience)

BIM Technician Position Overview
Develop precise 3D models of interior designs using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team to integrate architectural and engineering plans into BIM models.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models by reviewing and validating design information.
Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules based on BIM models.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in design information.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and best practices.
BIM Technician Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience working as a BIM Technician or similar role in an interior design, architecture, or construction environment.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
