Job Title: Validation Engineer.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £35k - £45k + Training + Benefits
We are recruiting in the Midlands region for an established Clean Air / Validation company who due to acquiring new contracts, are now looking to recruit a Validation Engineer. You will be responsible for carrying out testing on critical ventilation systems, audits on air handling units, and re-balancing air flows in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines. The successful candidate will be working on Healthcare, Educational, Commercial and Pharmaceutical sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold ideally East Wood Park (AP/CP) training.
" Will have experience working for an established Validation / Clean Air company, working hands on as an engineer.
" Will have a proven track record of validating and verifying ventilation systems in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
" Will manage workload in line with client / company needs.
" IT literate.
The Role:
" Carrying out testing on critical ventilation systems, ensuring to validate in line with industry regulations.
" Undertaking audits on air handing units (AHUs)
" Undertaking air flow, pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling and environmental measurements.
" Ensuring to re-balance air flows correctly.
" DOP and HEPA filter testing.
" Ensuring to correctly maintain instruments and equipment, arranging fort repairs and re-calibration when required.
" Ensuring to work in line with industry relevant Health and Safety regulations.
" Producing detailed reports for clients based on site findings.
