Accountant

Pure are currently recruiting for an interim Accountant on behalf of an organisation based in Ely, this will be for a period of 4 months while a permanent position is being recruited. This position can be full time or 4 days a week and also offers hybrid working.
You will be working with the Head of Finance to primarily support on the production of the monthly management accounts and to ensure the functional reporting requirements are met, the main duties are as follows - 
- Ensure all month end procedures are complete, reconcile control accounts and produce monthly management information. 
- Produce monthly balance sheet and cashflow
- Ensure the maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Assist the Head of Finance in ensuring that all financial reporting requirements are met. 
You must have proven experience in the above mentioned areas and ideally be available to start at short notice. There will be the opportunity for selected temporary candidate to apply for the permanent role while in post.
