Swift Placements are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our establised and successful Legal Client. This position is due to growth within the company, and will be based in our clients Luton office.
Responsibilities:
* Handle commercial property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing.
* Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions.
* Draft and negotiate contracts related to property transactions.
* Conduct legal research on commercial property issues.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
* Strong legal knowledge in property transactions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
