Welder Fabricator

£15 - £17 per hour Overtime is 2X when available.
We are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our client in Sandy.
Responsibilities:
Tig Weld Stainless Steel (2mm to 5mm) for various structures.
Check dimensions and thicknesses with precision.
Rework or repair welded parts based on engineering changes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Prioritize safety using appropriate PPE.
Follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Operate tools, machinery, and welding equipment.
Cut and grind metal skillfully.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Undertake additional duties as needed.Skills and Competencies:
Completed Fabricator Welder apprenticeship or equivalent.
Tig Welding experience is a must.
Familiarity with lifting equipment and manual handling.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings.
Proactive approach to safety.
Expertise in using hand tools.Desirable Skills:
MiG welding experience.
Flux core welding skills.
FLT license.
Crane/sling license.
