Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: £44,199.96
Location: Cambridge, CB2 area
Contract: Permanent, 5 out of 7 days shift pattern
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
Experienced in managing and leading kitchen teams for both a la carte and events service, the team managing will be a small team consisting of 4 chefs, 1 kitchen porter.
Proficient in recipe development, food costings, and managing GP (Gross Profit)
Strong financial understanding and skilled in budget management
Ability to effectively lead culinary operations.
Experienced in driving culinary innovation.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with culinary standards and compliance environment
Possesses relevant qualifications/training.
