The Opportunity
Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a Logistics Analyst for our global distribution client based in Shoreditch, London. This role offers flexible working, with the typical pattern being 3 days on site and 2 days working from home each week.
Key Responsibilities
The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for the daily management of receiving and shipping tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved within a 24-hour timeframe. You will also play a key role in contributing to operational excellence by developing and improving KPIs and SLAs. Additionally, will be expected to drive process improvements to reduce error rates and actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
Skills & Experience
You should have at least 3 years of professional experience within a 3PL logistics provider, supply chain, logistics and distribution, or operations environment within an international company. Experience working with key stakeholders to drive decisions and meet key deliverables is also essential.
In addition to the above, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred for the Logistics Analyst. You should have experience managing and delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality. Transactional supply chain and inventory experience with Oracle, Agile, Jira is desirable. Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also preferred.
