Job Title: Electrical Site Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Overview:
Mech Electrics are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects in the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee all aspects of electrical installations, from planning and execution to completion.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
Quality Control: Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and regulations.
Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, variations, and compliance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Several years of experience in electrical site management, preferably in the building services or energy sector.
Education: Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2382 and 2391).
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and industry regulations.
Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Certification: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
Driving License: Full UK driving license is required.

IT Skills: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
