As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of children with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored educational activities.
Implementing behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.What We're Looking For:
Passionate about working with children with special educational needs.
Patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenges.
Flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of students and the school environment.
Able to demonstrate a commitment to the well-being and progress of every child.
Ideally, have previous experience working in a similar role or a relevant qualification (though training can be provided for the right candidate)This is a full-time position, and availability during school hours is essential. We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a positive impact and who can dedicate themselves to the role on a long-term basis.
