Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including traditional favorites and specialty creations, according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly portioned for each pizza.
Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizza station, including proper storage of ingredients and regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
Assist in the development of new pizza recipes and menu items, as well as ongoing menu updates and specials.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members. Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough stretching, topping application, and oven operation.
Passion for great food and a desire to create delicious pizzas that delight our guests.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and consistency during busy periods.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business. Benefits:
