Role: Inbound Sales Representative
Shifts: Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 10pm - 10am NIGHT SHIFTS
32 hours per week - 3 nights on, 3 nights off
Salary: £25,000 Basic + OTE circa £45,000
Location: Manchester
Contract: Permanent

CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a new team of Inbound Sales Representatives within a rapidly growing organisation who are developing their Manchester hub which supports an international customer base.
These are overnight shifts within a supportive yet performance driven contact centre, so will suit those that want night shifts with outstanding earning potential and personal development opportunity. Current team members earn c.£45,000 OTE.

Main responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound sales calls from warm leads and converting these into sales
- Dealing with online web enquiries and following up to start sales processes
- Closing sales deals over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 12 months experience within a sales role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
- Previous experience of overnight working desirable but not essential!
