We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager position on behalf of a leading provider of residential child care. Our client has over 21 years of experience in offering exceptional support to vulnerable young people across North England and Scotland.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small cluster of residential homes in the St. Helens area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation committed to providing high-quality care services and making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide leadership and support to care professionals, promoting a nurturing and therapeutic environment for residents.
Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of care and support services.
Implement innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for residents.What We Offer:

Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or equivalent.
Minimum of two years' recent experience in residential child care, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in IT and a valid UK driver's license.Desirable Qualities:

Qualification or working towards Care Services Leadership and Management.
