Job Scope:
We are in a search for dedicated Healthcare Assistants for a beautiful care home located in Brighton and Hove. The company’s mission is to provide the best possible care, ensure the well-being of both residents and staff, they foster a happy working environment where everyone can thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to residents
* Promote independence and life skills while ensuring safety and well-being
* Assist with personal care, medication, and daily activities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Work closely with a dedicated home manager and a supportive team
Do you have?
* Independent and confident
* Willingness to administer medication or undergo training
* NVQs and qualifications preferred but not essential; willingness to enrol in training programs
* Caring and passionate
* Ability to use own initiative
* High level of cleanliness
