Are you currently a Lead Developer with management capabilities?
We’re looking for a .NET Development Manager to come and manage a small team of 4. You will report to the Head of Technology, driving the team forwards with your Technical and Management skillset, ensuring the 2x business critical applications you are supporting are successful.
Within this role, you have the opportunity to remain in a hands-off nature, dealing with business requirements, prioritising requests coming into the team, supporting best practices and driving forward small changes to introduce an Agile environment within an enterprise business. If staying close to the action and remaining hands-on in some capacity with development is important to you, we can be flexible with retaining some of your current hands-on duties within this role.
You will be working to push forward the delivery of architectural development from a front-end perspective, working with C# .NET. The team are on a journey to modernise the technical environment with some .NET Core being introduced to the landscape.
Permanent position
Location – 1x per month in Broxburn based office
Salary – £60,000 -£70,000 + package, including a 15% bonus scheme
