V7 are working with a leading consultancy, specialising in the Utilities industry who are undergoing significant expansion and are now looking to add to the team.

Due to the current growth strategy for the business they are looking to bring a Planning and Development Coordinator onboard on a permanent basis to help with the ongoing success of the company.

On offer is a salary of £25,000-£27,000 plus benefits;

Key duties:

* Respond to pre-planning enquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate information and guidance to developers and stakeholders.

* Handle building regulations queries in a customer-focused manner, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

* Conduct capacity assessments with a customer-focused approach, ensuring that the needs of developers and stakeholders are understood and addressed.

* Provide odour consultation services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, actively engaging with developers to address concerns and find suitable solutions.

* Work collaboratively as a ‘one team approach’ with internal teams and external partners to deliver against defined measures, meeting project deadlines and objectives.

* Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, actively listening to stakeholders' needs and providing timely, tailored support.

* Engage proactively with planning authorities and stakeholders on growth opportunities, demonstrating a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for the community and the client.
