AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services.

Role - HGV1 Driver Trunking
Location - Colnbrook, SL3
Shifts - VARIOUS SHIFTS START TIMES 1AM-6AM
Hours - Fully flexibility is required.
Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £17.89 per hour
Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £20.39 per hour
Pay Saturdays: Additional £1 per hour
Pay Sundays: Additional £2 per hour
Pay OT: £26.84ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The safe delivery of all mail and supplies products from the handling unit into designated location and surrounding areas.
Trunking from local HUB DC to satellite stations
No handballing
Assisting with and ensuring the safe loading/unloading of products
Ability to deal face to face with clients and handle any initial queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Good communication skills, ability to liaise with central office where required.
Be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitudeREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
Prior HGV 1 Trunking experience required
Must have 1 years' experience in HGV 1
Must have 180 days of driving HGV 1 in past 2 years
Full licence with maximum 6 minor points
Valid CPC / DIGIPACKAGE

5-year employment/unemployment history check
UK criminal record check
International criminal record check for periods over 6 months
Relevant Aviation security training completed in house by Avtav.
