Head of Operations

Are you a motivated, experienced Senior Level Manager with a background in manufacturing or eCommerce and ready for a step up to Head of Operations? You will lead plans for expansion while as Head of Operations you will be playing a key role in overseeing operations, managing people and driving growth strategies.
Job duties of the Head of Operations are to:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and expand market reach.
* Build and nurture a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring employees.
* Drive product development initiatives from concept to production, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards.
* Oversee multi-channel eCommerce activities, including website management, marketing campaigns, and sales optimisation.
* Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, implementing measures to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency.
* Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and maximise productivity.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Skills and experience required for Head of Operations:
* Proven experience in a senior managerial role within the manufacturing and/or ecommerce industry.
* Hands-on experience in managing operations at a senior level, possibly as Head of Operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Familiarity with design processes and creative industries is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
