Building Manager - London - £60k - 25 days annual leave - Residential New Build

A prestigious new development with 300 plus apartments, due to open in summer 2024, is looking for it's leader to deliver great service and standards; managing the facilities, concierge and housekeeping teams, whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will have mobilisation or extensive refurbishment experience and come with residential management experience or another environment with similar operational needs. The residents will have access to amenities including a cinema, Karaoke room, rooftop gym and landscaped garden and terrace areas.

You must be a team motivator and a hands on manager. The finish and amenities are first class but the client is looking for functionality and the staff on-site will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly and will not be providing a tailored 5* hotel service. You will be overseeing a team of 10 including and night concierges, estate operatives and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours which will include some weekends

You Must Have:

* Experience of working as Manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Track record of managing maintenance, housekeeping and facility issues
* Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
