Restaurant Manager, NW8 London £45k
Located in one of London's most renowned areas, this restaurant is due to open later this year. The restaurant will be centred around Italian/Mediterranean flavours with stunning presentation.
They are now looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to be involved from the start.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the Front of House
* Involved in building, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing
* Working alongside the Head Chef ensuring a strong line of communication between FOH and BOH
* Hands on and detail led
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 2 years at Restaurant Manager level within a high quality restaurant
* Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
* Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve
