I am looking for a reliable and experienced Restaurant Supervisor for an exciting new opening restaurant in Fulham.
The successful Restaurant Supervisor will work alongside the General Manager and the owners to make sure that everything is set up for the opening at the beginning of June.
The restaurant is casual dining, serving Italian dishes with a touch of Arabic flavours.
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is a team player, hardworking, and has experience managing a team of 5-6 waiters.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential and experience with Arabic flavours is an advantage.
The new Restaurant Supervisor will have:
* Experience in high-end, busy restaurants and the ability to work at top-quality standard
* Excellent leadership and customer service skills
* Good working ethic and integrity
* Full responsibility for running the service when on duty
* Not afraid to get his hands dirty when needed and leads by example
