Facilities Manager (Interim)

Monday to Friday 35 hrs per week

£14 to £16 per hour (dependant on experience)

Responsible for overseeing diverse services: maintenance, catering, housekeeping, driving/portering, security, records management, grounds, waste management, vehicles, environmental management, medical gases, residential accommodation, and facilities hire services. ️️
Ensure safety, compliance, and suitability of premises and facilities.
Contribute to the development and execution of the client's strategic plan.
Lead and provide strategic guidance to multi-disciplinary teams.
Create and implement annual planned preventative maintenance schedule. ✅
Oversee service and maintenance contracts for FM-related services.
Monitor, review, and update estates and FM-related policies.
Manage environmental and sustainability initiatives. ♻️
Prepare management information and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, manage, and develop team members.
✨ This is an interim replacement until the new post holder is in post. ✨
