O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with strong background working on fit-out / refurbsihments projects. Our client are a very reputable contractor who are looking to hire for a range of brand new projects across Central London. The business is a rapidly growing contractor with several new projects starting in the Zone 1. They will eventually branch out into new build.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. This role will be fully based in the office and will include Estimating duties as well as the normal requirements of the role.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Proven, stable work history
* Prior experience working on fit-out / refurbishment schemes
* Understanding and some experience of estimation.
* A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
