Project Manager (Aerospace)

Introduction

Our client, a leading company in the Aerospace industry, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage projects within the Aerospace sector, adhering to strict quality standards and deadlines.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Manage project scope, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables.
Monitor project progress, performance, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Significant experience in project management, preferably within the Aerospace industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Candidates must be eligible to undergo Baseline security clearance and adhere to ITAR restrictions
