The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and filled with highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As Recruitment Sales consultant you will:

Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both Candidates and Clients
Provide excellent customer service
Consultant and advise companies on their recruitment plans
Grow your own business through Sales activity on the phone and face to face.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will bring your previous sales experience and the determination to get results to your day to day activities. You will have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken, be able to use MS Office packages, excellent work ethic and previous experience within a Sales environment, we’ll teach you the rest.
