Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with the recruitment and interview process as required.
Coordinate and manage induction procedures for new employees during their onboarding.
Serve as the primary contact for all new hire setup and processing, handling pre-employment occupational health checks, system onboarding, probation processes, and new starter training plans.
Provide administrative support to HR Business Partner's and the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Essential:

Strong administration skills.
Capability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
Skilled in carrying out interviews.
Understanding of legislation and best practice in recruitment.

Benefits:

Salary; £25,000 - £31,500
