Introduction:
Our client, a leading company in the Rail Communications sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Comms Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important project in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Carrying out non-intrusive surveys.
Installation of communication equipment (CCTV, PAVA, Access control etc.)
Being compliant with safety and quality standards.
Adhering to health and safety regulations throughout all activities.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role with significant experience working on SISS systems.
A valid PTS certification
Understanding of Birmingham New Street station (preferable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
