Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £42K + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with an industry leading Asbestos Company who have a strong presence in the Midlands region. They are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor to cover contracts across the Midlands, you will be carrying out the full range of surveying duties across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Domestic, Construction and Educational sites in the Midlands and across the UK.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Birmingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Ludlow.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 is mandatory to the role.
" Will have extensive hands-on experience working for an Asbestos Consultancy working as a surveyor.
" Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to manage workload in line with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Working on Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Domestic, Construction and Educational sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-occupation surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Ensuing work carried out complies with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
" Managing workload in line with company / client needs.
" Providing excellent consultancy advice to clients.
