We have a full time PAYE day shift opportunity for an experienced Steelwork Loader to join our client’s steelwork engineering business near Brierley Hill.
You will assist in the stock yard and load heavy steelwork section on to wagons/lorries using overhead cranes (previous experience essential)
You can expect a competitive hourly rate with overtime available at enhanced rates, a secure PAYE position with a reputable company in a friendly work environment.
Steelwork Loader duties include:
* Steel/Material handling – Using overhead cranes to move steelwork as required.
* Loading heavy fabricated steelwork on to wagons/lorries ready for transport to construction sites.
* Unloading and moving steelwork to different areas on the stock yard.
* Other general duties in and around the stock yard.
Steelwork Loader requirements:
* Previous experience handling/loading heavy metalwork/steelwork is highly advantageous.
* You must have experience using overhead cranes.
* Be happy to undertake various supporting duties to assist with the smooth running stock yard/workshop.
* Have good time keeping, be reliable and be safety conscious.
* Be seeking a permanent PAYE position in Brierley Hill area.
