About the Role:
As a Building Services Revit MEP Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs and solutions across various projects. You will collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and designers to ensure the successful completion of building services projects, utilising your expertise in Revit MEP to create detailed and accurate models.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce detailed Revit MEP models for a range of building services projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated designs.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician in a building services environment.
Proficiency in Revit MEP software and a strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full right to work in the UK without Visa sponsorship.
