Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will react to any breakdowns to allow lines to run during production time. Alongside this during non-production hours, your role is to perform key maintenance activities on the machines.

In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Engineer role, you can expect to:

Working a 4 on 4 off days & nights shift pattern. 

Be responsible for the day to day log on the maintenance tracker
Look to improve productivity, efficiency and waste by ensuring all lines are running at base condition - react to all breakdowns and log all issues on the defect database
Complete all reactive and preventative maintenance jobs
Attend morning directional setting meetings with the lead supervisor.
