We are currently recruiting for a metal sheet worker based in Whitley Bridge (DN14)
Shifts:
Monday-Friday
Salary:
£20K-£30K based on experience
Requirements:
Fabricate and assemble stainless steel metal Mixing Vessels and components based on engineering CAD drawings and specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, press brakes, metal guillotines and welding equipment to cut, shape/ bend, and join metal parts.
Perform stick, mig and tig welding to join metal parts together.
Use basic math skills to measure, mark, and cut metal accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine materials required and fabrication process
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and problem solving capabilitiesExperience
Experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
Highly proficient in various welding techniques, including stick, mig and tig weldingYour Role
