Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working in a financial services regulated environment handling queries from customers regarding their products and services.
The role will be mainly telephone based and will be handling a range of questions providing full support and guidance ensuring every call is handled providing the best level of service.
You will also be corresponding with customers over email and letter.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
Passionate about delivering a high service
A confident telephone manner
Excellent communication and written skills
Able to work in a busy environment
Job Offer
