Alecto Recruitment is working with a leader in the food waste Anaerobic Digestion sector, our client is actively looking for a qualified Electrician to work at their site in Doncaster.

Package:
* Circa £43,000 DOE
* Hours - 45 hours per week
* Weekly Pay
* Holiday Allowance - 21 days, plus bank holidays to increase gradually with length of service at set intervals.

As an Electrical Technician, your duties and responsibilities will vary but will include:
* Regular maintenance and upgrades of plant machinery and electrical systems.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
* Participating in the plant's electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance program.
* Performing scheduled electrical repairs and risk assessments.
* Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
* Providing shift support and covering additional shifts as needed.
* Assisting in mechanical and operational tasks when necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Ideally have experience of an Anaerobic Digestion facility or related experience.
* You must have served a recognized Electrical Apprenticeship.
* Have extensive electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.
* Have proven experience with fault finding, including troubleshooting and solving problems.
* Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices.
* Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives.
* You must be able to work using your own initiative.
* Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
* Be able to communicate well at all levels.
* You must be a motivated individual.
