Senior HR Specialist (ER) 6-month FTC

H9HR are partnering with a leading organisation in the public sector looking to hire a Senior HR Specialist - ER on a 6-month FTC

This role is based in Huddersfield with 1-day WFH

The role is within a brilliant and supportive HR team, where you'll be supporting around HR with a focus around ER case management.

Other duties:

Build relationships with contacts in business areas.
Provide contacts in business areas with professional advice to support best management practice.
Maintain up to date knowledge and skills through participation in training and development.
Oversee the probationary process for all staff.
Candidates must have experience working in a unionised environment and public sector.

Start date: ASAP

Salary £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
