Quantity Surveyor – Leeds – Highways – Salary circa £55k + car + bonus and more!
We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving blue-chip contractor with and impressive and growing workload in the Yorkshire region.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to them on a £13m junction improvement project just outside of Leeds. Ideally, an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take the step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor in the near future. The amount of work they are developing in the region means they are able to offer long term, stable career opportunities with great scope for growth and progression.
On this project you would be assisting the commercial and operational teams, maximising commercial returns and managing risk while maintaining relationships. You will also be Managing and overseeing an Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
We are looking for an experienced civil engineering Quantity Surveyor for this role, with NEC contract experience, someone who ideally has experience across a range of civil engineering schemes as the work that our client performs is varied and consists of both framework and bespoke projects, on average between £4m to £40m in value. Future projects could be cycle highways, public realm, construction of new roads and much more.
