About the Position: As a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, your role entails the setup and operation of CNC lathes to ensure precision and efficiency in component manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating CNC lathes
* Interpretation of engineering drawings and job specifications
* Selection and installation of tooling and fixtures
* Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
* Quality inspection of finished components
* Regular maintenance of machinery
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
* Familiarity with Fanuc control systems
* Accurate interpretation of engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
