Your New Role:
As our Operations Manager, you'll take on a pivotal position as the second in command, directly under the Plant Manager. You'll oversee a dynamic team of six direct reports, guiding our manufacturing value stream from printing through to the finishing stages. Your leadership will directly influence the success of approximately $145M in sales, driving our operations to meet and exceed both plant and divisional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management: Plan, direct, and manage the manufacturing value stream to ensure operational excellence across printing and finishing.
Quality and Efficiency: Ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest possible cost, adhering to specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of six, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
