At Super Soccer Stars, we believe that every kid is an athlete - that means our coaches are fun, energetic, well-organized, and love giving young children the time of their lives playing sports!
We invite you to develop your leadership and communication skills with us, while entertaining kids through the joy of playing sports!
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN WHILE PLAYING SPORTS WITH US:
Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish gross and fine motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
Fill out attendance
Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions
Showing up 15 minutes prior to class start time
Effectively and clearly communicate with other coaches, parents and children
Equipment set-up and break-down
Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.
Adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies and protocols
OUR HIRING PROCESS IS QUICK AND EASY!
First, we’ll reach out for a quick chat on the phone
Next, we’ll do a 20-30 minute zoom/google interview
Lastly, we’ll invite you out to the fields to see our classes and meet our coaches
If all that goes well, we’ll complete your background check and you’ll be ready to start coaching within a few days!
Requirements
ALL WE NEED FROM YOU:
Experience working with children 5 years and under
Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
an enjoyment for playing all kinds of sports
Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
availability to coach on weekday afternoons and/or weekend mornings
Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
