Our client is an award winning hair salon with several salons across the UK. With recent and ongoing growth, our client is now looking to add talented, ambitious and dynamic Hair Stylists to their family. A healthy commission structure is in place as is an employment structure that encourages you to be creative whilst providing ongoing training, helping you to become the best you can be.

When our client trains, they train... From updates on technical, to social media expertise, business training and beyond. They'll skill you up like never before.

Requirements
* Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring our clients experience exceptional service
* Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
* Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
* Cutting styling and colour to our client's standard on all lengths and styles
* Demonstrate extremely high levels of creativity
* Will be working with Ladies, Gents and children.
* Participate in and help run internal training and events where appropriate
* Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the client's brand.
* Embrace the client's brand actively promoting and upholding its reputation
* Demonstrate personal style and appearance consistent with our client's image
This is where you come in
* NVQ3 in Hairdressing
* Minimum 3 years experience on the floor
* High level of expertise and knowledge of the hairdressing industry
* Ongoing desire to improve and build on skill set
* Excellent team player
* Strong coaching skills
* Good verbal communication skills
* Quality and detail oriented with high standards
* Good time management skills
Schedule
Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some Salons may also require evenings -Candidates will work every Saturday -opening times-9am-6pm. 4-6 Weeks training course, prior to start of employment, at the salon, with Training head.
