About the Role:
WSA is looking for empathetic and skilled Qualified Professionals to provide exceptional care in our intensive home health care program. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients in Greenville, NC.
Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic support and interventions to clients in their homes.
Assist in developing and monitoring treatment plans.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in care planning.
Work closely with Licensed Professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
Ensure compliance with NC Board of Health standards and maintain detailed records.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Experience in mental health or home health care is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
