Invoicing Specialist

RMC is hiring for an Invoicing Specialist to support our corporate office in Lexington Park, MD. The selected applicant will be responsible for:
Creating invoices for all projects with a series of portfolios in accordance with contract-specified deadlines;
Submitting invoices into WAWF and similar tools, as required;
Developing financial content for CDRLs, eCRAFT reports, Level of Effort reports, and Limitation of Funds letters, among other reports, and submitting such items within the contractually required time periods;
Entering subcontract invoices into the company accounting system;
Maintaining an accurate record of invoice and payment statuses;
Providing support to the Contracts, Procurement, and Project Control Teams, as needed; and,
Other special projects, as needed.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college-level degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) is preferred.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite products and demonstrate proficiency with Word and Excel.
Experience within the Department of Defense is preferred, but not required.
Experience in accounting, finance, or related fields is preferred.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $55,000 – 80,000 per year.
