The role: Behaviour mentor
You will be supporting with a pupil on a one-to-one basis in a year 6 class, for this role you will need to have strong behaviour management skills, provide a fun and safe learning environment, support the class teacher with observations with the pupil and work well as a team to ensure appropriate next steps have been put in place. Must have experience working with SEN or challenging behaviour, relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 in childcare or teaching assistant course and enhanced DBS on the update service.
