About the team

Our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team business partner with all of our departments within NCHA and provide a variety of learning & development interventions including: day to day training, eLearning, leadership development for managers, coaching and bespoke L&D requests.

The Role

As an Assistant Learning and Development Advisor you will support our team with the design, development, delivery and co-ordination of our training offer. Alongside the L&D Advisors, you will be working with business partners across all of our departments to support the identification of learning needs. You will also support the effective organisation and set up of our annual learning and development programme. Examples of interventions you may be involved with include: medication, support planning, first aid, positive behaviour support, NCHA induction event, collaborative working.

This post carries 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You may be required on occasion to work on weekends but this will be planned in advance where possible.

All successful candidates will be required to do a presentation as part of the interview process. Interviews will be held in Nottingham on 5th July.
