CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS - LEISURE - NOTTINGHAM

Blue Arrow are proud to be recruiting CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS for the Leisure part of hospitality!

Are you looking for a new challenge or even to pick up extra shifts? We currently have both permanent and temporary roles available for part-time and full-time positions with a variety of shifts available to suit you. Work available in a range of settings for example gastro pubs, fine dining restaurants, care homes etc.
£15ph - £22ph (depending on experience and site)
WE CURRENTLY HAVE A NUMBER OF OPPORTUNITIES IN THE NOTTINGHAM, DERBY, STAFFORD, STOKE AND LINCOLN AREAS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Head chefs
Sous Chef
Chef de Partie
Commis Chef/Junior Chef
If you have a DBS we want to hear from you!
(If you don't currently have a DBS but are willing to work with us we can help you with the process!)
General skills
* Good knowledge of all sections
* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines
* Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills
* A passion and a love of ingredients
* Strong organisational skills
* Good knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
* Knowledge of food production methods
* Effective oral communication with all members of the team
Required
* Level 2 food safety
* Previous experience as a chef
* Experience using kitchen equipment
* Strong attention to detail
* Enthusiasm and willingness to develop your own skills and knowledge
* Flexible and have a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
* Able to work well under pressure
* Adhere to and maintain Health & Safety, Food Hygiene including HACCP standards and procedures.
