Akton are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for a HIU/Meter Technician to join their team in Barnet.
Responsibilities
Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
Remedial works on the HIU
General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
HIU Maintenance
Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
Bleeding radiators
Replacing Heat Meters
Servicing and repair of Chilled interface Units.Requirements
HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
Excellent communication skills
Honest, reliable, and hard working
Plumbing Qualifications and experience
Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage
A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
