Specialist Support Worker - Westminster

Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialist Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality frontline services to victims of trafficking and modern slavery, including those at highest risk. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing Person-Centred Support Plans, and working within a multi-agency framework to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a supported accommodation environment
- Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it)
- Understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding legislation
- Ability to work within our client`s Christian ethos
- Experience working with vulnerable clients in specialized program areas
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Salary: £29,696 Per Annum
Location: Westminster, London
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week with participation in on-call duties, including evenings and weekends
