We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist proficient in SEO, website traffic generation, copywriting, and email marketing to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads through organic and paid channels.
 
Main Responsibilities/Functions:
 
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine crawlability and indexing.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
 
Website Traffic Generation:
 
Develop and implement strategies to drive qualified traffic to the website through various digital channels including organic search, social media, email, and referral sources.
Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that attracts and retains website visitors.
Check website content and monitor website traffic metrics and user behavior to optimize conversion paths and improve user experience.
 
Copywriting:
 
Create compelling and persuasive copy for website pages, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
Ensure all copy is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop multimedia content that complements written copy and enhances engagement.
 
Email Marketing:
 
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists based on user demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized content.
Design and optimize email templates, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Monitor email deliverability, spam complaints, and unsubscribe rates to maintain a healthy email list and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, website traffic generation, copywriting, and email marketing.
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions through digital marketing efforts.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, SEO-friendly content for various digital channels.
 
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
 
There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.
